Attending face-to-face parenthood session
Please note, these sessions are for first time parents-to-be from patients receiving care from NHS Fife's Maternity Services.
These sessions can be booked by your community or antenatal clinic midwife. Please speak with your midwife about this at your routine appointment at around 25 weeks.
Online parenthood course
The Scottish Government offers a free online parenthood course for all families expecting a new baby. This resource is available in over 130 languages. You can attend these sessions from the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you.
Note that the access code is 'tartan'.
