Food and health

Welcome to the Health Promotion Food and health pages. Our aim is to support and empower communities to access healthy food, have the skills to cook tasty meals from scratch and shop and meal plan within any budget.

Why do we want to do this?

Because we know that eating well and being active can improve our health, reduce the risk of many diseases, improve our mood, our sleep and give us more energy to do the things we love!

Please join us in sharing the Eat Well – Be Active message with friends, colleagues and those we work with.
